Hej alle!!
The past few weeks have been some of the
most amazing and crazy weeks of my life! A month ago I was on my 16 day
Eurotour and now I can say I have been to some of the most amazing and
beautiful places in the world like Paris, Venice (even though it rained the
whole time), Prague (also rained alot and even floods up to 12 meters above
average in the main city...), Croatia, Berlin and a few more countries that we
drove through! Despite the rain, it really was an amazing once-in-a-life-time
opportunity… one that I hope to do again and again and again!!
I made so many more amazing friends
from all over the world that I miss incredibly now that the oldies have gone back to their home countries!
Some of my closest friends on Eurotour
(Emily – USA, Keenan – USA, Maddie – AUS, Melanie – AUS, Katie – USA and
myself) in front of a statue in the Canadian War Memorial in France

Me on the Eiffel Tower – What a view!!
A church in Croatia – one of the MANY
beautiful and old churches we visited while away!
The next few
weeks that followed Eurotour were mainly about spending as much time with the exchange students as
I could, because most of them were going home in those 2-4 weeks. I went several Farewell
parties, before they were leaving and that made me sad and happy at the
same time – sad because that means it meant I had to say goodbye to them,
but happy because it means that in just 6 months I have stepped right out of my
comfort zone and gone out of my way to make these amazing friendships in the
first place; these friendships that I will NEVER forget! <3
Memories and pictures of me and some of the most amazing friends I have made on exchange!! (taken throughout Europe)

The Last Supper.. well for now!
Saying goodbye was so hard, but I know in my heart that I will see so many of my great friends again!
On the 29th June to the 18th July, I will be
on a camping trip with my host family, first driving to the alps of Switzerland
and camping there for 5 days, and then driving down to Italy and camping near the
beach for 12 days than back up to Denmark, and I am so excited for that too :)
:)
Two days after I will get back from that trip
I will move to my 3rd host family, who lives on a pig farm and there are 5
other kids in the family, so it will be interesting and exciting. I am quite nervous to move like every time, but I am looking
forward to all the new challenges, and joys that it will bring :)
Snaptun, where I will live with my 3rd
host family! It is on a pig farm right on the water – from my bedroom I have a
beautiful view!
In the beginning of August, all the
"newbies" come to Denmark, (all the exchange students from the
northern hemisphere) and I will be the only one who lives near me, with about
12 new exchange students. I am looking forward to meeting them, helping them and
making friendships with them! I am also on holidays now, but I do actually miss
school - so I am looking forward to going back to school about the 18th August
to see all my Danish school friends again! (Especially the ones I haven't seen in the holidays)
An up-to-date blog coming soon :)
